2002.02.20 WeSQL 0.51

I just noticed that the packages for WeSQL 0.51 also contained the blib directory, which explains why they were about double in size compared to version 0.50. I have updated the packages, removing the blib directory, but otherwise made no change at all. I've set the timestamp to 1 minute after the timestamp of the previous packages. If you have already downloaded 0.51, there is no need to download it again. This is just an effort to preserve bandwidth.

2002.02.14 WeSQL 0.51 released!

This is the Valentine release. Many updates among which seriously extended session support, and an important security fix. See the changelog for more details, and the upgrade page for information on upgrading from v0.50. Copies are available in the download section or through CPAN.

As of today, WeSQL 0.50 is also available through the Comprehensive Perl Archive Network, CPAN.

2001.12.06 WeSQL 0.50 released!

Today is 'Sinterklaas', the day children in Dutch-speaking parts of the world receive presents from a mythical saint. As a present for you, I am happy to announce version 0.50 of WeSQL! This version is a complete rewrite, with many enhancements. In particular the code is now a standard Perl module (installable with the usual 'perl Makefile.PL && make && make test && su && make install'), and there is an RPM for Redhat users. But that's just the packaging, there are also much improvements under the hood.

Check out the changelog for more information on the changes, or go directly to the download section to grab your copy!
